The project consisted of the Site Development Plan for the new Adams County National Bank Operations Headquarters located in the Adams County Commerce Park, Straban Township, Adams County.   Design included site grading, parking layout, ingress and egress roadways, public utilities, stormwater retention, stormwater treatment, landscaping, site lighting, and environmental permitting. Total project costs including the masonry operations headquarters structure, as designed by a local architect, were approximately $6,000,000.
